Modernised eight passenger lifts with HCA controls and extended lift travel to serve new rooftop tenant amenities, enhancing vertical connectivity and asset value.

The lifts struggled with obsolescence and reliability was affecting the building and its users. An additional amenity space was created at the top of the building.

We created a major modernisation strategy for the 8 passenger lifts to operate reliably with HCA controls. We also increased the travel of one lift to extend to the new tenant spaces created on the roof.
