The scheme reimagines a historic Bermondsey warehouse into a modern co-living community whileembedding sustainability and technical excellence. Thedesign retains the 19th-century façade and structuralcharacter, complemented by 110 purpose-built co-living units and vibrant communal spaces. Thisadaptive reuse approach reduces embodied carbonand celebrates heritage within Southwark’sConservation Area.​

The VT design includes 2 x 13-person deep car MRLfire fighters and evacuation lifts.
