Designed VT systems serving luxury residences, a five-star hotel, and public realm areas, responding to the building’s complex curved form.

One Blackfriars is a magnificent addition to the London skyline. The awe-inspiring sculpture gazes down on the River Thames at the cultural heart of London. At 170 metres high and 50 stories, the tower with its 274 apartments is ideally placed to embrace the South Bank, the home of the Arts. With sweeping views across the city and built to a unique design by award-winning SimpsonHaugh Architects, One Blackfriars is a beacon of architectural brilliance.

The development includes the residential tower, an adjacent low-rise 5* hotel and a new public space. The VT design responded to these needs and exceeded the client's expectations.
