Conducted lifecycle and asset performance studies across 19 lift units, developing forward-looking modernisation strategies while maintaining operational continuity.

Appointed by Sotheby’s to provide a site survey and report on the 19 units at the Mayfair and Greenford sites. This required full asset studies to determine life cycle expectations and capital expenditure.

We are currently developing a modernisation and replacement strategy with the client to maximise performance in operation, whilst buildings are in full operation.
