Repurposing of existing 19,000m2 workspace by Scott Brownrigg into a new vibrant Life Sciences building required significant alterations to the existing core and lift systems, in collaboration with Scott Brownrigg. The result will be suitable for the next 25-year cycle of occupation.

All passenger lifts will operate with HCA destination-based control systems.
