Modernised legacy lift systems to align with contemporary mixed-use performance requirements, improving reliability and operational efficiency.

The lift systems had been installed 30 years ago and were in urgent need of modernisation. We worked closely with Fletcher Priest Architects to modernise the VT systems, allowing for a higher occupancy density and enhanced efficiency to achieve the contemporary expectations of a mixed-use building.

The contrast between retail outlets on the ground floor and the office space meant that several separate lift systems were required.
