The Zayed Centre for Research into Rare Disease in Children provides much needed dedicated laboratories, cutting-edge technology and equipment, and brings together hundreds of clinicians and researchers under one roof to drive forward new treatments and cures for children with rare and complex diseases.

The Zayed Centre for Research is named in recognition of the extraordinary philanthropic support of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak in honor of her late husband, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

The VT design responded sympathetically to the needs of the environment and that it operates 24/7.
