The scheme transforms a 0.57h brownfield site inKingston upon Thames into a vibrant Build-to-Rentcommunity of 150 high-quality homes.​

Three mid-rise buildings will rise within a landscapedgarden setting, offering studios to three-bedroomapartments, with over half designed for families. Thedevelopment prioritises wellbeing through communalgardens, play areas, and integrated pathways, creatingan inclusive environment.​

Sustainability is at the heart of the project. The designadopts a timber-led structure combined withconcrete cores to reduce embodied carbon whileensuring durability and fire safety. ​

The VT design includes 2 x 13-person deep car MRLevacuation lifts in each of the three buildings.
