Modernised 10 high-speed passenger lifts and 7 back-of-house lifts within a live, fully occupied building. Implemented HCA destination control systems to enhance traffic handling and user efficiency.

Appointed by Hammerson to undertake modernisation of the 10 high speed passenger lifts and to manage the maintenance provision. We were further instructed to modernise the 7 BOH lifts and to additionally upgrade the passenger lifts with HCA destination controls.

All works were completed whilst building in full occupation. We were also engaged by Brookfield post acquisition to provide portfolio lift maintenance management services for all lifts.
