Developed a strategic lift refurbishment plan extending operational life by 15 years, increasing occupational density capacity, and enabling additional floor levels while maintaining building functionality.

LS Estates appointed us to undertake a high-level VT refurbishment strategy for all lifts within the building to provide a further 15-year lifespan.

The strategy included the impact of increasing the occupational density and adding additional floor levels.
