Oversaw modernisation of 19 passenger lifts and associated service lifts while maintaining full operational continuity within a live high-rise environment.

Appointed by GIC to oversee the modernisation of 19 low, mid and high-rise passenger high speed lifts with HCA destination controls, the kitchen and goods lifts and all back of house lifts.

Further instructed to manage the maintenance provision. Works are ongoing and being undertaken whilst the building is in full occupation.
