Harmonised VT design across a multi-building masterplan, standardising lift strategies while tailoring performance to individual asset requirements.

The project location presented an exciting opportunity to shape a vibrant new quarter; one that responds to its context and neighboring developments to create a world-class place to visit, work and live.

We worked closely with Braeburn and a trio of architects, Stanton Williams, Squire & Partners and Grid Architects, to deliver best in class VT design.

The VT design across all buildings was harmonized to create a standard lift design that could be suitably sized to achieve the performance requirements of each building.
