Provided specialist VT consultancy supporting validation and installation audits for critical-path lift systems installed by KONE. The 204m, 51-storey tower includes 22 lifts, 11 double-deck lifts, and high-rise lifts utilising UltraRope technology. The project received the CTBUH Best Tall Building Award.

Working with Lendlease for this 204m 1M sq. Ft 51 level office, designed by Wilkinson Eyre, to assist with critical path lift systems for programme completion, validation and installation audits of the VT equipment being installed by Kone PLC. Vertical circulation is achieved by 22 units, of which 11 are double deck lifts, with the high-rise lifts utilising the Kone Ultra Rope.
